WEEK 3 Meeting 2
This week we wanted to make sure that our product met our aesthetic goals, we wanted to make it look like a quality lamp. We wanted to raise our lamp head as well as give it proper directional rotations that allowed the user to use the lamp as a soft light as well. We had to make sure we could do this without costing the center of balance to rise too high where there would be risk of the lamp falling over. At this stage, we only had full overall body shapes, without actually thinking about how wiring or manufacturing would be done. However, we planned to work out the pieces that would make up this "Bottom stem" and the "Light fixture" based off of the single body shape constrain we put to it. And this is essentially what we ended up with. A taller lamp, expanding the horizons of the light.
