Week 2

We finalized our team in Week 2 and started to brainstorm ideas.

We did some research on hobbyists and enthusiasts into desk setups, and learned that the majority of them liked thought organization did a great deal for their productivity. Some believed that a clean setup resulted in the most work done.

Each day we discussed potential modules we could include in our product. However, we have split our team into groups for graphic design and CAD, so on certain days different group members would meet to accomplish specific tasks. We met twice per week for the past 2 weeks to discuss new ideas and research results.

Day 1: The day we determined that the lamp would be the best idea for this project, in terms of our goals and learning objectives. Day 2: The Modulo is born, a modulated desk organizer with a main module as a lamp.

Day 3: Design ideas begin. Day 4 -7: Ideas are implemented daily and the general structure and logistics of the lamp is sought (electrical components, materials, etc.)
